By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- You are not fraudulently placing the order.
- You may login to the site to view the status of your order.
- You agree with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Shipping
- We attempt to ship all orders within two business days. A tracking number will be attached to your order once the item(s) ship. Please allow 24 hours for most carriers to update their systems once the item ships.
- In the unfortunate situation that an item is not in stock or is on back order we will attempt to place an order with the manufacturer and ship the item once it comes into our stock. If the back ordered item exceeds 10 business days we will attempt contact with you and you may either wait for the item or request for a refund.
- We ship every item via Fedex or the United States Postal Service (USPS). At the moment we only ship with these carriers and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We ONLY ship within the 48 continental states of America. Shipping prices differ for Hawaii and Alaska.
- At the moment we DO NOT ship internationally, including Canada and Mexico. We are currently working with international shipping carriers and customs to offer this service sometime in the future.
Refunds
- Refunds HAVE TO BE APPROVED by a representative of InlineV Motors before it may be processed.
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- The wrong item was sent
- A defective item was received
- If the item has not yet been shipped.
- We issue refunds if requested within 30 days of purchase date.
- We will issue the refund once the item has been returned or if no item has been shipped,
- Refunds only include the price of the item. Refunds do not include shipping costs, including return shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refunds.
Returns
- We can only accept returns from within 30 days of purchase date.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
- Returns HAVE TO BE APPROVED by a representative of InlineV Motors before it may be processed.
- We CANNOT accept returns if the item has been installed, used, or show signs of wear.
- All returned items will be inspected and MUST be in resell-able condition.
- Returns are only for the cost of the item. Returns do not include shipping and handling costs.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns
Exchanges
- Please be sure that the part you are ordering is the correct part that fits your vehicle.
- Exchanges will not be granted unless excepted by a representative of InlineV Motors.
- Any approved exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All exchanges MUST BE approved prior to an exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.
